• ECB, TX LLC retains ownership of the platform it hosts and maintains, and of its processes, software, and methodologies
• We do not claim any rights to your content

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business and information:

• Access to your information is limited to necessary personnel
• We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of source documents and data
• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing work
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of work completed

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
